Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Nav Collective LLC for the WOUT apps and website. By creating an account or using WOUT you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use WOUT.

Who can use WOUT

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for what is posted from it.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

WOUT is a shared public service. You must not post anything that:

• is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or violent;
• is knowingly false or misleading, or could put people in danger;
• reveals someone else’s private information;
• is spam, advertising you were not authorized to post, or illegal.

Anyone can report a post or block the person who posted it from the post itself. Reported posts are hidden from the person who reported them right away, are hidden from everyone once several people report them, and are reviewed by our team, normally within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or permanently ban the accounts that post it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give WOUT a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, show, and distribute it within WOUT so the service can work. Published reports are shown without your name or email. You can delete everything you posted by deleting your account.

Information is not guaranteed

Reports come from the community and public sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. WOUT is not an emergency service: in an emergency, contact local authorities. Use your own judgment before acting on anything you see, especially about your safety.

Price

WOUT is free. Opening an account, seeing reports and sharing with your family cost nothing.

Ending your use

You can stop using WOUT and delete your account at any time in the app. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

WOUT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Nav Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in WOUT.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies.
