I didn’t get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if needed.

Report a post or block someone

Open the post and tap Report this post or Block this person. Reported posts disappear from your feed immediately and our team reviews them. You can unblock everyone from You → Account.

Delete your account

In the app: You → Account → Delete account. Your account, your published reports and your responses are deleted permanently. If you can no longer open the app, email support@getwout.app or message us on WhatsApp from the email on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

Something looks wrong

If a report or a business listing is wrong, use Not here or Dispute on it, or tell us. For bugs, tell us what you were doing, your phone model and app version.
